Shepherds Ridge is a gated community with paved access located approximately 4.5 miles south of Morganton off Hwy 60 nestled in the North Georgia Mountains. Single family homes are of log type siding with scenic views within the forest setting.

The rural setting provides access to nearby state parks, hiking trails, waterfalls and Blue Ridge Lake. Seasonal changes are apparent with Shepherds Ridge being at an elevation of 2,200 feet.
